Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on betil. By accessing betil you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") govern the relationship between betil ("betil", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any product, service, game, or feature made available through the betil website at betil.pro. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betil. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the betil platform.
betil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betil will notify users via email or a prominent in-platform notice. Continued use of betil after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The most current version always supersedes all earlier versions and is the governing document for your use of betil.

Account Registration and Management
To access betil's full range of services, users must register a personal account. betil requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and throughout the lifetime of the account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
- Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. betil employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts; any duplicate found will be suspended and all associated balances voided.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. betil accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- betil may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
- You may not transfer, sell, or assign your betil account or any account balance to any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- betil reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts where suspicious activity, fraudulent behaviour, or abuse of the platform is detected.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
betil processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. betil does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. betil may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. betil is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages outside its control.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum limits per transaction are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betil does not accept payments from third parties, and any such payments will be returned and the account reviewed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete.
- betil applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. Any suspicious transaction may be reported to relevant authorities and the associated funds frozen pending investigation.
- betil is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held separately from company operating funds.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
betil offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked independently. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- betil reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or collusion will be voided and the account subject to review.
- Free spins won through promotions are subject to the same wagering requirements as monetary bonuses unless otherwise stated. Maximum winnings derived from free spins may be capped per the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. betil may, at its sole discretion, restrict bonus eligibility for players whose wagering patterns indicate professional or advantage-play strategies.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on betil are governed by individual game rules published on each game's information page. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the relevant game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server's recorded result, the server record is authoritative.

- betil reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a software error, data feed error, or palpable pricing mistake has occurred. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- betil reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game round in the event of a technical failure. In the event of a disconnection during a game, any unsettled bets will be resolved according to the recorded server state at the time of disconnection.
Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betil and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the betil platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if betil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betil does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside betil's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and acts of government — may temporarily affect platform availability. betil will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses suffered during periods of unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
betil reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betil will provide advance notice via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the platform. Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting updates — may be made without specific notice. The current version of the Terms as published on this page is always the operative version. Your continued use of betil following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
